Acrylics, Heat-lamp and Coffee

Expression comes with various tools.
Leaving the world behind and diving into acrylics has kept me inspired, and it feeds my inner happy.
My process with painting starts with me, how I feel and of course supplies.
I prefer silence and a clear head until I get my vibes flowing. After, I may listen to music, dance around and layer the groove, similar to layering paint.
I sip on coffee, whine my waist as mini breaks to step back and view the progress.
The desire to see a piece to completion fairly quickly is the number one reason why I use acrylics and a heat lamp.
A faster dry means I speed up the process painting, which allows me to be freer with my strokes.
Being a self taught artist, I enjoy the freedom of just vibing out during the creative process.
Although I’ve been painting professionally for many moons now, it’s an exciting and new feeling every time I sit before a fresh canvas.
